Gut & Glow Smoothie

If you can remember to soak your sesame seeds overnight, you’re already ahead of the game. That tiny step transforms them into a creamy, gut-loving “milk” that makes the perfect base for this smoothie. From there, it’s all about layering goodness: sesame, flax, and basil seeds for fiber and hormone balance, berries and kiwi for antioxidants and prebiotics, and a powerhouse blend of protein, collagen, and creatine to keep your muscles, brain, and gut feeling supported.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (soak overnight if you can, then rinse)
1 cup water
2 scoops goat whey protein
1 scoop collagen
1 scoop creatine
1 tablespoon whole flax seeds
½ tablespoon basil seeds
1 kiwi
1 cup raspberries and blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 scoop ice
Instructions
Blend the soaked sesame seeds ( after rinsing) with water to make your base.
Add the protein, collagen, creatine, flax, basil seeds, kiwi, berries, and ice.
Blend it all up and enjoy.
