Together, we’ll explore how the living world inside your gut shapes immunity, mood, metabolism, and everyday wellness. You’ll learn to create your own fermented vegetables — chopping, brining, and jarring your way to a vibrant, living food that nourishes from the inside out.

As we work, Sara will guide you through the foundations of fermentation, the gut’s microbial ecosystem, and how these foods help balance digestion, reduce inflammation, and strengthen resilience — especially during high-stress or indulgent seasons.

This experience blends education and embodiment: science meets sensory, knowledge meets nourishment. Leave with your own homemade ferment, practical gut health tools, and a deeper appreciation for food as a living, healing system.
