Why Your Gut is Going to Love This Salad
Figs – Packed with prebiotic fiber and polyphenols that feed beneficial bacteria, support smoother digestion, and help lower inflammation.
Arugula – A cruciferous leafy green rich in antioxidants and phytochemicals that support detox pathways and microbiome balance.
Brie – Provides healthy fats and protein that slow digestion, helping keep blood sugar steady (and your mood more stable).
Dark Chocolate Balsamic – Bursting with polyphenols, which act as antioxidants and microbial “fuel,” protecting your cells and supporting your gut-brain connection.
Together, these ingredients check off several plants toward your 30-a-week diversity goal—proof that indulgence and nourishment can live on the same plate.

Dark chocolate balsamic vinegar (for drizzling)
A pinch of Himalayan pink salt

Drizzle with dark chocolate balsamic vinegar to finish.
