Fresh, Flavorful, and Gut-Friendly

This High-Protein Herbed Yogurt Dip is the perfect balance of creamy, crisp, and refreshing — designed with your gut health in mind. Greek yogurt forms the protein-rich, probiotic-packed base, supporting a balanced microbiome and steady energy.

Peppery radishes bring a satisfying crunch along with prebiotic fiber to feed beneficial bacteria, while shallots add gentle depth of flavor without overpowering digestion.

Dried mint and fresh lemon juice brighten each bite, helping to ease bloating and stimulate digestive flow.

Finished with a drizzle of heart-healthy olive oil and optional sumac for tang, this versatile dip is as nourishing as it is delicious — perfect as a snack, side, or appetizer to share.

Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt
Filtered water, as needed (if yogurt is too thick)
4–5 radishes, Coarsely grated
2 small shallots, finely minced
1–2 tsp dried mint
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: pinch of sumac (for a tangy twist)

Instructions

If the yogurt is too thick, stir in a splash of filtered water to reach your desired consistency.

Add the radishes, shallots, dried mint, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Mix well and adjust everything to your taste - more mint, extra lemon, or a touch more shallot if you like it bold.

Sprinkle a pinch of sumac on top for a beautiful, tangy finish (optional).

Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
